What happens if I run out of minutes?
Nothing breaks. Calls keep being answered and extra minutes are billed at your plan's rate.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You can forward your existing line to the agent, or start with the web call button on your booking page.
Can it hand over to a human?
It ends calls politely and logs anything it could not handle, so you can call back with the full transcript in front of you.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, at the start of any billing month.
